As IT Project Manager you will be in charge for the IT Project Management of specific projects and specifically taking care of the comprehensive aspects of IT Project Management regarding

Your Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Plan (time, budget, resources, deliverables, etc.) the projects and initiates projects following all internal guidelines for project start; ensure on-time delivery of all projects and within budget

  • Coordinate internal resources and third party vendors for the proper project execution; ensure resource availability and allocation

  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

  • Develop a detailed project plan and project documentation to monitor and track progress; manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate KPIs; Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques

  • Report and escalate to management as needed; manage the relationship and ensure professional communication with the clients and all stakeholders

  • Perform project risk and issue analysis and define appropriate mitigation measures

  • Manage the hand-over to line business and production


Your Profile

  • University degree in computing sciences or similar field or business education (commercial college, University) with a strong understanding of technology

  • 5-7 years related working experience

  • Excellent conceptual and analytical skills

  • Excellent planning, coordination, communications and negotiation skills within an international environment

  • Knowledge of banking products and the IT landscape of a bank

  • Strong managerial and project management skills

  • English is a must, good German knowledge, any CEE language is of advantage

Annual Gross salary 65.000,- based on our collective bargaining agreement (for 38,5 hours/week) - additional payment according to skills and experience. The position can be filled as soon as possible.
